Filet (steer)

This cut is the most tender part of the beef, and highly sought after as the best cut available. We asked the processor to cut these 1.5" thick.

These filets are from our grass-fed & grass finished steer which is a male calf that was castrated at a young age.

Our cows only eat grasses and forages and never receive any grains. Raised on pastures that are free of pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers.
