These filets are from our grass-fed & grass finished South Poll bull..a true grass & forage converting breed. Rich in flavor, lean and still tender. This cut is the most tender part of the beef, and highly sought after as the best cut available. We asked the processor to cut these 1.5" thick. Remember that grass-fed & grass-finished beef will cook about 30 percent faster than grain-finished beef.
Our cows only eat grasses and forages and never receive any grains. Raised on pastures that are free of pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers.
