This ground beef is from a grass-fed and grass-finished South Poll bull...a true grass & forage converting breed. Rich in flavor, lean and still tender. Raised without vaccines or chemical wormers.

Remember that grass-fed & grass-finished beef will cook about 30 percent faster than grain-finished beef.

Our cows only eat grasses and forages and never receive any grains. Raised on pastures that are free of pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers.

Processed and packaged by a USDA inspected facility. This allows us to sell you beef from the farm.
