Oxtail is a bony, gelatin-rich meat, which is usually slow-cooked as a stew or braised. The taste is much like short ribs - only better!

This beef tail is from our grass-fed and grass-finished South Poll bull...a true grass & forage converting breed.

Our cows only eat grasses and forages and never receive any grains. Raised on pastures that are free of pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers.
