Ribeye Steaks are sliced from a standing rib roast to make it a boneless cut. (When the bone is attached it is actually called a Rib Steak so the packaging label is not completely accurate in that way.) This steak is best grilled and will not disappoint!
These steaks should be 1.5" thick. Remember that grass-fed & grass-finished beef cooks about 30 percent faster than grain fed beef.
These ribeye steaks are from our grass-fed & grass finished steer which is a male calf that was castrated at a young age.
Our cows only eat grasses and forages and never receive any grains. Raised on pastures that are free of pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers.
